The resident-s company is always welcomed by the staff team . The food seems very good and there are always snacks available... We toured this community and it was nice and clean.

The average length of stay at Artesian Home is approximately 18.8 days. (this may include both short and long-term care visits). We have 66 beds in our nursing facility, 24 of which are reserved for our Covenant Center where we specialize in care for patients at the end stages of dementia. "We liked best the tender care and love showed while our father was in skilled nursing and that we were contacted and consulted through his last stay." We recommend approximately five changes of clothing and a pair of comfortable rubber-soled shoes. All articles should be washed, clearly labeled with the resident’s name in permanent ink, and entered into the patient’s personal inventory log in the medical chart.
The staff was helpful with all our questions. There just wasn't enough activities here. They wouldn't provide transportation to doctors.

Virtually walk through our different levels of care and communities. We are a non-profit, continuing care retirement community started by the Christian Reformed and Reformed churches in the area. We are a stand alone organization who prides itself on having top quality care. Mail is delivered to patients personally on a daily basis except for weekends and holidays.
